Phil founded MinistryBridge out of a conviction that faithful ministry placement requires more than resumes and algorithms. After years of walking alongside churches and ministry leaders through seasons of transition, he saw the gap between what churches need and what traditional staffing models offer. The Lord laid MinistryBridge on his heart as he began to realize how vital it is to place the right people in the right places, and to ensure that a church has discerned exactly what position would best suit them in their current season. MinistryBridge is his answer: a partnership built on guided discernment, theological alignment, and the belief that every placement is a partnership rooted in trust. Phil brings his own ministry experience to this work, including shepherding a church through a season of revitalization, lovingly leading the congregation and diligently discipling its people. He has the heart and experience to walk alongside churches and leaders through seasons of change and exciting new hires.
